In-house training: We focus on in-house training, especially with the localization of certain functionalities during the last five years.

Bursaries/ Scholarships:  We have an award and prize giving programme with the College of Medicine (University of Malawi) to support and motive local students. Different monetary prizes plus trophies are awarded to the top student of each year in each class (from 1st year up to the final year) and handed over during a prize giving ceremony. We donate MK 100,000 per annum for this event.

HIV/AIDS Policy: The Company has a policy on HIV/AIDS and we are also a member of Malawi Business Coalition Against HIV/AIDS (MBCA).
